HOW THE RESELLER PROGRAM WORKS

The reseller Program was created to help distributors to provide their customers quality kitchen cabinets and doors at the lowest cost and with the least amount of hassle possible. To get started, simply submit a request form and a Sales Representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.

When you become a Reseller for us, we will send you our Reseller Package that contains all the necessary materials to order kitchen cabinets without ever having to leave your home or office. You will receive the cabinet manufacturers' specifications, price books and color brochures. We will also send you detailed worksheets explaining exactly how our pricing works and how to quote your own orders. This way you know up front how much we will charge you for the cabinets and you can quote your customers more quickly and efficiently.

When you have your customer's cabinet list and layout ready to order, simply fax the details to us. Your Cabinet Design Specialist will double check your list and process the order. No more hassle with going to your local distributor or paying marked up prices for your cabinets.

Once the order is placed, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify your information and explain the delivery process. We will schedule your delivery and keep you informed of estimated and actual dates as soon as we receive them.

Once your cabinets have been delivered, we will contact you to make sure you received everything in good condition. In the event there is any damage to your cabinets, it will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will coordinate getting any replacement parts to you as quickly as possible. If you get into the installation process and realize you need to order additional pieces, your Customer Service Representative will get those ordered for you with the same great savings.

HOW WE SAVE YOU MONEY

Because we are the direct vendor and we only have to cover minimum overhead expenses, We can usually save you anywhere from 30 to 50% over what our competitors can offer. Your cabinets are made ready to assemble (RTA) by the manufacturer and shipped directly to you. The exact amount of savings varies depending on your location and shipping costs.

Your Customer Service Representative will keep you notified of everything that is happening with your cabinets from when they go into production, to when they are scheduled to be delivered, actual delivery dates, and status of any warranty orders.
